Following strong growth across Australia, we are seeking a Territory Manager to support the on-going development of this business throughout the South West agricultural region of Western Australia.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales growth and customer development across your territory.
Working directly with growers, consultants, distributors and retail partners, you will provide practical agronomic support and demonstrate how the technologies can improve crop nutrition, application performance and overall farming outcomes.
You will spend much of your time in the field—meeting customers, inspecting crops, conducting demonstrations, developing trials and turning technical results into genuine commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and market-share growth throughout South West Western Australia
Identify and develop new growers, distributors, retailers and industry partners
Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships
Provide practical agronomic advice and product recommendations
Support customers with crop nutrition programs and product-application strategies
Establish and manage field product demonstrations and crop monitoring activities
Prepare trial reports and communicate results clearly to customers
Deliver product presentations, technical training and in-field support
Attend field days, grower meetings and relevant industry events
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and customer follow-up
Share market insights with the product-development and research teams
Collaborate with national sales and technical colleagues
Travel regularly throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel
About You
You will combine sound agricultural knowledge with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
You may already be working in agronomy, agricultural sales, crop nutrition, crop protection or technical advisory services and be ready to take greater ownership of a territory.
To succeed, you will bring:
Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy or a technical advisory role
A practical understanding of Western Australian broadacre farming systems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to translate technical information into clear, practical recommendations
Commercial drive and the confidence to identify and pursue new opportunities
A self-motivated and organised approach to territory management
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative national team
Willingness to travel regularly throughout South West Western Australia
A current Australian driver’s licence
